You have set up a roadblock and your objective is to not let any cars by you.
You are armed with missiles and bombs. Blow the cars headed right at your barricade. If the cars hit your barricade then your defense weakens. If too many cars hit your barricade before you blow them up, its game over.
Each level will get harder and harder, so make sure you upgrade your weapons and defenses.

I like shooting games, this is not a racing game! A bit early to rate it but Ive had no problems so far and look forward to continuing.
